Am 24. September laden der CCV und TENIOS von 12:00 bis 13:00 Uhr zu einem Online-Event in englischer Sprache ein.
„Launch Is Not the Finish Line: Why Post-Production Analysis Decides Whether AI Works“

CCV and TENIOS GmbH host a compact online session held in English – a practical report on what happens after an AI Voice Agent goes live.
TENIOS was nominated as a finalist at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards, the only German company to receive this nomination.
Most deployments are judged at go-live. This session looks at the period that actually determines long-term performance – the weeks and months after launch. Olga Stopkina, Product Performance Analyst at TENIOS GmbH, shares how she reviews live deployments in production: working through the full conversation volume by tags, transcripts and scenario goal completion, listening to selected calls in full and identifying issues before customers report them. The session draws on a real review she conducted for a multilingual inbound information line in the travel sector – an approach TENIOS now offers to clients as part of post-go-live care.
This is not a theoretical concept or a product presentation. Participants will see how a production deployment is audited, which problems surface only in real traffic and how the findings feed back into measurable improvements.
